Return & Exchange Policy 

THAISOLE allows returns or exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order. Beyond that period, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges.

  • In the event of a defective or incorrect product: We offer a free return.

  • If you need a size change or have simply changed your mind: You will be responsible for courier charges.


1. Return & Exchange Period

You may request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order. After this window, we won’t be able to process your request.


2. Conditions for Return & Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All tags, labels, and packaging remain intact.

  • The item is not part of a final sale, discount promotion, or clearance category.

  • You have a valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed based on the current website price, regardless of the original purchase price.

  • We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn or damaged, unless there is a manufacturing defect.


3. Exchange Policy

We provide a one-time exchange for sizing issues, depending on stock availability. If the exchanged item still doesn’t fit, you can choose to return it for a refund or store credit.


4. Refund Methods

Depending on your payment method:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be transferred to your bank account or wallet upon request.

  • Card or Online Payment: Refunds will be processed to your bank account or wallet after deducting any applicable bank charges, usually within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items purchased during special deals, discounts, or limited-time offers.

  • Products showing signs of wear or damage.

  • Items without their original packaging or tags.

  • B-Pair items.


6. Received a Defective or Incorrect Product?

We apologize for any inconvenience! If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
