3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment options (where available).

  • In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order.


4. Order Confirmation

  • Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation through SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

  • Orders may be confirmed with a verification call or message. If the customer is unreachable, delays may occur.


5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We provide Free Delivery across Pakistan (if applicable).

  • Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days, depending on your city or location.

  • Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier delays.


6. Returns & Exchange

  • Returns/Exchange are valid within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Items with wear, damage, or stains will not be accepted.

  • Return shipping cost may apply unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

  • For size exchange, customer may need to pay replacement delivery charges.


7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment.

  • Once the item is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.


8. Incorrect or Damaged Product

If you receive a wrong or damaged item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours

  • Provide photos or video proof

  • We will arrange replacement or compensation according to our policy


9. Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • The information you provide (name, address, phone number) is correct.

  • You will be available to receive delivery and verification calls/messages.

  • Misuse, fake orders, or fraudulent behavior may lead to order cancellation or legal action.
